Luthi CEO Departures Johnston departs TIA for warmer shores Wes Johnston is leaving the $10M-revenue Telecommunications Industry Association to move to Hawaii with his wife, the group says. When he joined TIA as CEO in June 2017, Johnston was a managing director at The Gores Group, and lead operating partner for the private equity firm's telecommunications, media and technology practice. He was previously EVP and COO of Dimension Data. Johnston "remains actively engaged as our CEO through the search process and eventual transition," TIA said.
